SEASIDE NUPTIALS FOR THE SWEETEST COUPLE.
From the first visit home to CJ’s family in Greenwich, Megan knew after just five minutes at the Belle Haven Club, she wanted to be married there. The blue of the florals and blue of the ocean was the perfect backdrop for Megan and CJ as they exchanged vows and enjoyed the night dancing away with loved ones from near and far.
Inspiration was pulled from the Club, Megan and CJ’s alma mater, and the families love for a good time. Specifically, this was most guests’ first time to Connecticut so it was crucial to show them all Greenwich was made of. The views of the waterfront, the atmosphere of the club and the blue hydrangeas that are most common in Connecticut gave the ideal vision of the wedding. Most specifically, the more hydrangeas the better!
We brought in a specific variety of blue hydrangea that Connecticut is known for with a show stopping moment on their head table. The design included white lanterns, scalloped napkins, curated chair cushion, and even custom drape panels using artwork from Riley Sheehey. Guests danced the night away until our happy couple departed on an antique wooden boat.
