#creativityinsession

There’s just something about a floor-to-ceiling bowtie wall that makes us smile. Does it help us start our daily to-do lists (chalkboard style, of course!)? We like to think so!

This summer, as we raised our glasses to year number four in the wedding industry, we decided to take on a whole new project – moving!

We’ve taken over an old classroom inside the historic J. Milton Turner building and truly transformed it into an office space all our own. Coupled with functionality and productivity, the new office enhances the overall integrity of our design work, while our conference room and fully loaded design room offer a one-of-a-kind experience to our clients and guests!

Doors

A pop of color [we have pink ceilings!] and whimsical design elements personalize the space.  Our US map showcases our travels near and far – where will we jet to next?!  Plus, we couldn’t leave those doors without our signature XO!

Whimsical

Our favorite new space is the conference room! It’s here that we host our client meetings, collaborate on design ideas and host cocktail Fridays – Mad Men style!

Conference

Our old home on West Monroe will always be dear to our heart, but the new digs on Milwaukee give us so much more room to be creative and work productively!

Simply put: it’s just so us.

A fan favorite has always been our mock-up table, and now it has a new home in our spacious design room!  And those shelves – a designers dream come true! Need markers? Need chargers? Need ribbon? We’ve got ‘em!

A special thanks to Mike Cassimatis for perfectly capturing the unique features of our new space [and calligraphing our chalkboard!]; to Savvy Surrounding Style for finding the perfect balance of playful and professional; to Festive Couture Floral for filling our space with beautiful blooms; to Cheree Berry Paper for sticking the cutest touches around the office; to our hardworking contractors Klipsch Construction and Sedlak Construction; and to Hartrum Brothers Painting for every brushstroke!

Finally, a monumental thanks to each and every friend and vendor that popped by our open house last week to share in our excitement for our new space and brought us so many school supplies!  The local students of Meacham Park will benefit greatly from your generosity.  We will be collecting supplies through September 2nd, so come on by if you’re in the area!

xo.
